I recently purchased Meguiers headlight restoration kit and was really impressed with the results. If anything use a power drill with some power behind it. Start out slow and speed up to get that nice good shine and it is recommended that the headlights be cleaned once a month. I would recoomend Meguiers kit

I have used rubbing compound and a buffer in the past on a vehicle that I used to own and it worked well enough but I did not use a sealer and always had to redo them after a few months. I recently got a basic cheapo kit from Advanced that worked very well on my Park Avenue. Those lenses are glass but the difference was quite noticeable and they still look good many months later. For me it usually comes down to what I can afford at the time. If the money is right I go top shelf, if not I make do.
YOUNGGUNLS1, you seem to do a helluva job on those plastic lenses. You can always tell the difference in the work of a craftsman vs a weekender. It appears that know your craft.

I am anxious to see the Bonneville after you have done your magic YOUNGGUN. Too bad we are on opposite ends of our world. $75 seems very fare. Mine need it and it looks like I'll be getting some elbow grease out and doing it myself. I can already tell my elbow grease will not work as well as yours.

If the members that have clear corners what bulb do you use for your turn signals? The stock 3157 white bulb looks to yellowish and the orange bulb doesn't appeal to me. I purchased a pair of white led online for my friends car but those blink way to fast.

Ok as promised here are the pictures..
The Bonnevilles Headlights were not too bad.. although this car is in MN and I am used to the HORRIBLE headlights here in FL (was up in MN at a family reunion when I did these, and my dad who lives in MN also has started the same business as me so we brought all the tools/supplies etc.. with to do them)
Sorry the pictures arent that great and the bad reflections, the spot I was working on them didnt allow for very good pictures but you get the idea:
Before:
After:
Also did a GMC Pickup while I was at it (NOTE that the Drivers side top headlight is brand new as it was just replaced by his insurance under glass coverage because it was cracked, it cost over $200)
Before:
After:
I also did his tail lights too, as they were turning pink and fading/looking oxidized really bad. They turned out absolutely amazing, however I forgot to take pictures, sorry :(
