Default Sea Foam?

What is this stuff? I saw a video of... I forget who saying something about sea foam and it smoking.. I thought he nicknamed his car "Sea Foam." It was a white bonneville.. and I dont know what the stuff is.. :?
But anyway.. I hear it cleans the engine somehow.... but.. what does it do and how much does it cost?

My dad used to keep 4 or 5 cans of Sea Foam in the shed at all times. If you check out the site, it can be used on just about anything that burns gas....

I use Sea Foam quite a bit. A can in the gas tank now and then, and some into the oil before a change.
