Default electric buffer/polisher help

i have been looking at dozens of ebay auctions

i have set my price at around $50-60 shipped... what im finding is confusing...

for car polishing and buffing i want to hang out around 2000rpm'* right? or cant you get to high? reason being, first i was looking at something like this... good cheap all-around unit... brand names are easily over $100...

then i found this unit that doubles as a grinder which sparked my mind to many odd projects...

furthermore, this unit looks like a good deal too

That last one looks good. Sorry I'm not much help but here'* what I do know. You want RANDOM orbital, otherwise you'll f up your paint. Also, don't get a cordless. The batteries drain much too quickly unlike some cordless tools (like drills).

Yeah mine can be a pain around the mirrors and spoiler but for the most part just using the edge of the pad with the buffer turned on its side can solve that problen; but I understand the pain lol.

I got one in the gargae you can have, Haro. It ain't nothing real fancy, but it'* an option, and it'* yours if you want.

I decided I'd rather do it all by hand....
