Whatever you like. Read a couple of the threads in this section. Meguiars Gold seems to be used by most of us, but other people have thier favorites. I've heard lot'* of good things about the new Turtle Wax Platinum. Supposedly as good as or better than Meguiars, and about half the price.

are you looking for a 1 step cleaner wax, or interested in a multi step system.
the multi step system will give you better results, whether its a clay bar, then polish, then wax, or compound/cleaner, polish, wax,............. you get the idea
if ease and of application and time are an issue, just go for something like Mother'* Carnauba cleaner wax.........one step, pretty good durability for a consumer product.
if you wanna get crazy theres tons of higher classes waxes, polishes, glazes, and sealants!..........zaino, klasse, blackfire, poorboys..........the list goes on!

as for the clay bar....read up here
http://www.autopia-carcare.com/inf-clay.html
if your car has never been clayed.......i'd recommend it...you'll be amazed at how many contaminants are taken off your paint....plus you get a really smooth surface.
also check out that site in general.....tons of great information...
