Hello all, I just got my 02 SSEi and i noticed on the passanger headlight it'* got a whole bunch of crap, looks like on the inside, that seems to have an effect on the lighting...like a haze type thing! Wierd...and I can see my fog lights are starting to do so as well...any tips on this would be great...

Many people have the same problems, unfortunately, there is no known fix for this, other than replacing the whole light, or the lense if you can get one

Try some of this stuff:

http://www.lensrenew.com/index.htm

I frequent other boards with members that have tried it. They claim that it works VERY well.

the 2000+ headlights, they tend to suffer from 2 different things.

First is pitting/chipping on the outer surface, which sanding and buffing compounds do not yield amazing results

the second, is a spiderweb type cracking and fogging that occurs on the inner lense, which is basically uncurable. it sounded to me like this is what he is experiencing.
