Everything will fit with modification. Will it fit as-is? No. Even fiberglass parts that are made for a certain car rarely fit. Fiberglass always requires modification if you want it to fit right. Using a universal fiberglass part will only make the modifications more involved.

Well you shouldn't have to modify it too much, right?
Correct me if I'm wrong but don't you just have to make new holes and bolt it down?

No. Not that easy. How do you plug your old holes? What'* the profile on the bottom? What'* yours? The only 'universal' spoilers are the big ridiculous aluminum wings that have two simple brackets.

This monstrosity you're looking at (which will help your trunk to fall down on your head with it'* weight) was made for a different trunk shape and profile.

Well I'd probably fiberglass the old holes, and I think the width of my trunk is like ~47"
But I'm just looking around for a new spoiler.
I'm still trying to decide what size I want, I know this one is huge but I really like it
I just want something that is bigger and has more flare than the stock spoiler.
And although I do like the aluminum/carbon fibre style, I don't think it would look good with the shape of Shadowfax' back end.

IMO the best looking spoiler on an 00+ is the GXP spoiler.

if u want a different spoiler do something custom to your stock one (or a GXP one)
like alexcoqui did to his:
Name: DSCN1299.jpg
Views: 21
Size: 123.2 KB
Name: 04.jpg
Views: 18
Size: 108.7 KB

but please, please, don't put a ricer wing on it. That would ruin a completely good bonneville.

That spoiler you linked us to at the beginning is on every stinking ricer flyby idiot in town. If it ever did have good looks (not sure on that), they've ruined it.

I would love to do something like that. But I don't want to copy what he has and I want something really different.
I need to decide quickly though because I'm getting the car'* body work and paint done at the end of february and I want to have the spoiler done for that.

Then don't copy it, do something different using his idea as inspiration. Is putting on a common ricer wing different?????
