Hey Guys,

I'm starting to consider some new rims for my 2005 SLE and have been having a hard time deciding which ones i want...which i'm sure we all run into this when picking new rims. I have it narrowed down the style rim i want, but not sure if i want the black chrome, or the all chrome rims. So i was wondering if someone could photoshop each rim onto my car, so i could get a better idea of which ones i wanted...

Also, with the rim being 18 inches in diameter, and 7.5 inches wide, which tire size (width (185, 225, etc), profile, diameter (7.5...i got this!!)) would you guys recommend? I have never looked into after-market rims or tires, so this is all new too me, so any info is welcome and appreciated....

i might be able to photoshop it next hour (im in school) but there should be a recommended width for the tires, and you dont want to go any skinnier than that, i know on my monte im running 235-55-17, so you may be able to go the same or on a low pro tire considering your going 18". ill try to photoshop it next hour if i can.

okay i did a rough quick photoshop of the dark ones, i think theyll look best, didnt have time for the chromes, sorry

You'll have to go back in and re-save it as a jpeg. I doubt very many members here can open a photoshop document

Thanks for photo shopping that up for me...i am curious to see how much different the all chrome ones will look, so if you get a chance, i would appreciate that.

Any other suggestion on tire sizes? I am only going to be running them in the summer time, so wondering what you guys prefer for a good overall performance/ride handling tire. Thanks again for all who have helped!
