Default Chip in my wheel

I am so mad at myself. Long story short, ran over a curb and chipped my wheel. Is there anything out there like putty or something that i can smooth it out?

Is the chip on the edge of the rim? If its a small scratch (nic) you may be able to fill with Devcon stainless steel putty but the color will be off?
