Rick, Any headlight clear coat that has UV protection will work.
Dupli-Color makes a Headlight Restoration Kit that contains both polish & clear coat sprays.
You can Google "headlight clear coat with uv" and find products quickly as well.
The main idea is to polish the lens first and only once you are satisfied with results do you then apply the clear coat.
One other mention is that some headlights are fogged discolored from the inside by trapped or repeated dried moisture.
In those conditions, no exterior polishing/clear is going to fix interior problems. Hope this helps.
