AAAAHHHH! WHAT A PITA!
im gonna end up stabbin myself or breaking this headlight assembly! im "clearing the corners". this TAR they use is the devil itself! anybody have any tips on dealing with this k-rap?

good idea, but i dont have one here. ill try to borrow one to do the other one. i think it was an even bigger pain to put it back together/put the clips in. i put some windshield silicone in the gaps, im letting it dry now. i hope the fingerprints i got on it will come off. :? thanks for the suggestions, guys.

heat up the Oven to 200 sit it in there for about 10 minutes....
of course remove all the lights and metal clips first

i think ill try the hair dryer first, then mebe that. the one i finished looks good. the "chrome" bulb(which lights up amber) is darker. i hope its not too dark. :? I got pilot ones. i heard they were darker, so i ordered APC ones(better reviews) and was told they were discontinued

YAY! goterdun. now i just hafta get this black shtuff off of my screw drivers. ill try freezing them.
