removing paint

The wife backed in to my Bonne last night and put a crease in the front fender and door on the pasenger side, because my car is black the crease doesn't look too bad, but I want to try to buff out or remove as much of the paint that got swapped. Her car is grey so there is a streak of grey in my paint job. Any detailing tricks or products I could buy to help remove as much as possible? Thanks.

Luckily she didn't crack the fender! I've had great luck with 'Bug and Tar Remover' when removing paint marks. It's usually worked for me when the paint marks weren't extremely deep. Depending on your situation, it may remove some.

Ya know, I once had blue paint on my silver sebring and I took nail-polish remover and that did the trick. Not sure if it would be recommended but it worked, and didnt mess up my clear-coat.

You can try a claybar to take off the grey paint.

Thanks all. I used the bug and tar remover, got the paint off, now all I have are the scuff marks.

Congrats on getting the paint off. That B&T remover is great stuff. Your scuff marks can probably be buffed out.
