id call it a heat trap, or engine cover.. but whatever

looks great..

if i was you, id get some of that chrome metal tape and cut it out and put it over the text

grimm if you do. just spray paint it then wipe the raised parts with a rag and brake cleaner right away.

Boosty did mine in 2 minutes

Ya I taped it, I'm a painter by trade. The Air Box and the ugly clear coolant overflow container is next but not until I get the dreaded Dex cool out of my system. As you can tell by the pic The mud has started but nothing under the rad cap yet.

Hey that'* a good idea! The only problem is that mine doesn't have painted lettering. Maybe I can paint the letters and let it dry good; then paint the rest of it and whipe down the letters with some paint thinner before it dries?
