Pops-A-Dent?

I have a few dents that I would like to get rid of and was wondering if anyone has ever used those do it yourself dent removers that sell for about 20$ at auto shops. If so, what type of results they produce? Do they leave crease marks?

Here is a pic of the biggest dent I want to remove:

Hey good idea. Thanks.

You may be able to take the inner out and reach your arm in and pop it....
