Too cold for the car wash?
Think that -12oC (10oF) is too cold to take my ol Bonne to the car wash? She needs a bath really bad, and I have today off for a change..

it is kinda risky on the door seals, if you are going to do it, make sure you hav ea role of paper towels to wipe down the door seals and trunk seal. Might not hurt to dry it off as well with a towel whil ein the car wash before it freezes.

Yeah, thats what I was thinking... I've been too busy to wash her since I bought her 2 weeks ago, and I really want to see what she looks like under all the mud, dirt, and grime... I think I'll do that.. I'll find a car wash that isn't busy, and give her a good bath, then dry her off...

MN, too. They only seem to close if it gets below zero (normal temps, not that wierd Canadidian stuff)
Oh, and I don't know that 10 is too cold, but like Bill said, prepare for your door seals to freeze. If you can park inside, at least park in the sun to get as much heat as possible. Or go ahead and lube the seals up first (vaseline or silicone lube)

Well, its officiall.. I have a white Bonneville!
lol... I didnt' know the local Hughes had jet dryers.. so I spent the extra few bucks to get most of the water off of the car, and made good and sure my weather striping was dry before I left..
