Default Rear bumper fix?

I'm not sure what my uncle hit before he sold me this car.
It looks like he backed into a fire hydrant.

Anyway, would anyone know how to fix this, aside from getting a new rear bumper?

A body shop could fix that, but a used bumper would probably be cheaper.

Thanks for the reply.
What about part on the trunk, under the center reflector?

same thing, they could fix it, but a used trunk lid would probably be cheaper.

Yeah I'll just look in junk yards this spring and I'll probably find something.
There'* a bit of rust, so having a body shop do it would be a waste I think :?

IMO go for used parts and get them painted like Haro said
