95 'Ville parts
I've been looking at the differences between the 92-94 Bonnevilles, the 95, and the 96-99 series.
The </=94 Bonnevilles have an interior color matching steering wheel, but the 95 retains the older style and yet has the same color as the 96-99 Bonnevilles. Since my 94'* steering wheel is pretty freaking shot, and haro'* old steering wheel is probably not going to be shoved onto the steering column, I'd like to get a 92-94 charcoal or just 95 steering wheel. What are the steps in tearing out my steering wheel and steering column plastic plates?
I've already got a cobra head shift **** from a Grand Am that sandrock sent me, so I have one up on the 95s because I have a little button on the side! Ha ha! I don't like the 92-94 shift **** because the thumb button is a little too big for the ****, and it feels strange.
I can't figure out if the year matters for whether bumpers do or do not have that black line or just a body color matching one. The 92-94 SSEi and perhaps SSE have headlight washers, but mine broke, chipped off, and so on. I've already replaced the headlight washer fluid / turn signal fluid / turbo pulley gasket fluid reservoir. I'd like to switch to bumpers that aren't cracked and missing all the parts within, and I'd also like for them to have no black lines and no headlight washers. Do these bumper covers exist?
That'* all the 95ing I'd like to do for now. Please tell me how to rip out my beaten up steering column, and also let me know if said bumper covers exist.

as for the steering wheel, yes you can grab a 95 but youd also need the airbag so that it matches. The 96-99 steering wheel will NOT work for you, because they use a different airbag system
and the bumpers you are looking for do not exist. all of the 92-95 SSE/SSEi'* have the black trim, unless the car has been painted. Also the HL washers were an option so not every bumper have the washers.

Only partially true Pat. HL washers do not exist on 1995 models. So if you want a clean bumper, 95 is the only way to go. (I may be wrong in that the washers did not exist at all, but I know at least some models didn't have them).
As for the column, you are better off swapping the entire column. Try to find one with a key attached, and swap your VATS pellets out. That'* what I did with the '93, and it hasn't given me trouble since. Keep in mind that in doing so, you may lose your HL washers (again, that depends on the year and trim of the car you get the donor column from).
EDIT - OR....find the 95 charcoal wheel/airbag. Remove column from car and paint it with SEM paint to match. Might be your best bet.

Thanks for clarifying the bumper lines issue. That'* pretty cool. Maybe if my current black bumper line were to look good, I might like it more.
Sandrock, I like your idea of just swapping out the steering wheel and painting the rest with SEM paint. That is probably a whole lot less "stuff" overall.
Thanks! I'll keep you updated!

If you go that route, try to find the grey plastic turn siggy shroud to go with the wheel and the airbag. Use THAT to match new paint.
You won't need SEM for that column after thinking about it. Just a low gloss enamel that you can get mixed up at Lowes or Home Depot. Most of the metal collar is not noticeable unless you really look at it.

Ultimately, my plan is that since I don't have a center console anymore, I could get a charcoal one from a charcoal interior 92-95, keep the charcoal radio, vents, etc panel, get a charcoal steering wheel, and so on. I'd like to get a 2-tone look because the beige is very... beige.
