Dirty Detail
Does anyone ever do this? Let me explain. You essentally vacume out your car, clean the windows in and out and cleanexaust tips and liscense plate cover/trim, and Armor-All the interior.
Why I'm asking is I just got done doing this because I'm playing airport shuttle for a friend of mine and his mom. I find myself doing this during the winter months when there is not as much of a point to wash the my car.

I wash my STE 1-2 times a week, year round, and clean out the interior about once a week. I try to give it wax every 2 months or so as well. Right now I'm not driving it, so I'm not washing it, but I don't care what time of the year it is, the car needs to be clean. I can't stand a dirty car. You actually should wash it more in the winter to keep the salt off of it. (unless of course you are where there isn't any salt) I work at a detail shop, and we have a fairly good sized garage at our house, so I just wash it and pull it inside to dry it off so it doesn't freeze, but then right back outside it goes.
However, I can honestly say that I have never washed my Calais, but I have vacuumed out the interior because it was really really filthy. The car is so friggen dirty I can barely stand it (and it isn't even that dirty really, its just that I never have a dirty car), but there is no sense in washing it because I would bet it doesn't look much better clean.
