paint bubbles around gas cap
on the side panel near the gas cap there are several bubbles, i made the mistake of pushing on one and it broke and water dripped out....
how much money do you think this will take to get fixed, i have black paint so im worried about if they are going to have to just repaint the whole panel that goes from the back to the front of the car, or can they just blend it?

I've got the same problem. My stepdad does body work and he said that he'd do the whole quarterpanel so he'd only have to blend it up by the roof on the top of the C pillar.

yes, do the WHOLE panel! including over the door to the front fender!
clear blending the sail panel (C pillar) is compleatly rediculas when there is a break line between the quarter and the roof (2K+ have it, 87-99 dont)

I had mine done at the same time I had the hood repainted. The bubbling is a known, common problem. It can be fixed, but if the car is exposed to wet, damp conditions; it will come back over time. I paid $1,400 for the following:
- repaint hood and blend into fenders
- repair and repaint gas cap area
- replace center rear reflector
- wet sand, complete buff and shine

This is definitely a common problem, and IMO due to a stupid design flaw at that quarter panel/inner gas door area. I had a tiny bubble forming on mine. Luckily it'* fixed now. But I dread the day it comes back. :(
