LED bulbs
Ok, Sylvania says the front turn signals on 00+ are 3157's and all the rear bulbs (stop, reverse, rear signal) are 3057's.
I want to put LED bulbs in all the current incandescent spots. No big deal for the front, because they make 3157 LED bulbs. But I can't find any 3057 LED bulbs for the rear. All the LED bulb websites say they are interchangeable. Is that really true, or am I gonna spend money on bulbs and then they wont work? |
yes its true, i do it all the time
|
So, why make two different numbers? To confuse me?

who knows maybe wattages all seem to be just as bright as long as it's a wedge type bulb and has 2 philiments your good
oh crap your going to the lil led ones that just light up a lil circle in the tail good luck on not getting rear ended |

I've heard about some LEDs tripping the DIC saying the bulb is out. Keep that in mind when changing them.
