Default How to remove door moldings

my passenger rear door does not open because the door molding is trashed...it scraches aganist the front drivers door because its bent out...is it just adhesive and I just remove it..get a new one..paint it and slap it on there?

ur talking about the black car yes? I say get a new one if u cant save the one thats there now. I believe its adhesive and clips

I'm curious about the clips...any tricks to remove it...

this is on the 00.

I think they are just taped on correct? just rip em off?
