Ive done a full H-4 conversion on mine. Really not that hard. you can pickup the pigtails at any parts shop (Napa, UAP....Canadian Tire) A couple of relays, and sweet precious time, thats all you need. I run PIAA GTX Plasma 135 watt, but they are enginered to only use 55 watts of power...so theres no strain on the harness. Im pushing almost 9000k of light...not including my angel's which have PIAA GTX H-3 135 watt but also my long oval projectors...which are PIAA GTX. Trust me I can see for KM's ....well actually about 1/2 a Km. Worth doing. besides HID's get so hot thay can melt your HL into a pile of goo pretty fast without the proper projectors.
Just something to look into Cheers "TheKaddyKid"

why did you bring back this 4 month old post?

and not to mention supply it with a lot of false information.

k = a temperature rating of light, it does not measure brightness

unless you are running the H4 bulbs off a fully seperate harness, then there is no way a 135 watt bulb can only be designed to pull 55watts. It just doesn't work like that.

lastly, a HID runs cooler than a 55 watt bulb. So idk what you are talking about there.
