will other taillights work on my 95 sse(examples)
I'm wondering what year of the other bonnevilles will fit my 1995. I'm thinking of putting some ssei taillights on it.
Here are some examples:

The older style lights wrap from the side of the body and far into the back. The trunk lid has just a couple of 1156 bulbs and reverse lights, I believe. With the newer style, the lights were switched to have more on the trunk lid than on the body.
There are 3 10mm nuts (need a deep well socket) per light thingie, so 12 nuts. Take out all the bulbs, and you're set. What are you going to do with your other tail lights?

Probably sell them on ebay. I have found some tinted inners for sure to fit mine but the outters are from the 96-99.
Here are the inners :

Now I just need to pick from either 92-95 rear corners or 96-99 corners

ok, just to clarify a couple things.
From your previous post, you have an SE with the SLE package, not an SSE.
Second, if you want to do tails, you have two options:
1) get tails from any 92-95. SSE/SSEi tails are what people usually get. Some people tint them themselves. These will fit directly, just unbolt the old, bolt on the new.
2) If you want the 96-99 look, you need to get the inner tail, both outer tail lights, the trunk lid with lock, and the trunk hinge assembly. If you have an SSE or SSEi with the driver'* information sensor, you'll have an issue with it thinking a light is out sometimes and not others and chiming a lot. I just removed a license plate bulb (since there is two) so mine knows one is completely out.
How do I know this? I've done it. You can NOT use 92-95 inner tail lights with 96-99 outers, or visa versa. You only have the two options I mentioned above. If you are interested in Option two, I can provide some assistance with it, and if you are near Binghamton, NY, I can even provide a trunklid and hinge assembly, but you'd need to paint it.
