Hmm ok, but I'm just wondering if I can make use of this huge spraybottle of wheel brightener I just bought, and still have to add 4 parts water to lol.

Yeah. I wonder if there'* much of a difference between polished aluminum and regular aluminum though. Perhaps I'll try it inside the rim first. I just don't wanna waste the stuff lol

Well i would not take the change either way. what it for some weird reason it doesn't look like it hurts the inside and then you do the out side and poof it does something.
I would not take the chance and just the the right wheel cleaner

Well I actually just go the idea to call Meguiars, and the customer service guy said it'* 100% safe on clear coated aluminum wheels. He said it'* designed for the clearcoat... but it shouldn't touch bare metal surfaces. He said he uses it on his aluminum clearcoated wheels all the time. So hmm.... lol.
I'm trying to get this blotchy black tinting out that seems like burnt on brake dust. some also have some wierd blue paint specs all over them on the right side like somebody drove over a freshly painted line. Also all over the lower panels on the car but you can't really see them unless you're on the ground.

Simple green works great for the hard crap to remove, like the grease on the inside of the wheels (thanks to the advice from others on the forum)
I use the meguires spray as well for quick detailing..
