Default Nick is on my bumpers

I got like a lot of nicks on my front bumper (looks like a bunch of dead bugs, but isn't) and the rear bumper is scratched up. I'll post a pic in a couple of days, but I need some suggestions. I hope there isn't any sanding involved, I hate it, but I'll do it if I must.

Well did NIick do something to you...LOL Sorry I had to say that. If is paint chips or nicks you will have to touch up, if it is bugs or road stuff you can clay bar or 3000 ro 1800 wet/dry paper. and get a drink manily one made by Jimmy BUFF IT, lol. I am in a good mood to day wow... But I am thinking you may have to go like 800 then 1000, then use 1500 to make it good again. let see some pics thne we can give final word. Peace Mike
