I'm setting aside tomorrow for a full out detail. I've got the clay, the lg, and the wax (and everything else). Liquid Glass says it needs 4 hours between coats. Is that really necessary? Even if I start at noon and do 2 coats I won't be able to wax until 8, when it'* much too dark. Can I cut that down to 3 or even 2 hours for coats to dry? Thanks.

If it'* warm enough, you can. LG needs to 'bake' and self-level (it actually flows as it bakes to an even coat).

I'd personally plan the second coat on day 2. I've never done more than 1 coat per day myself. You'll notice that even one coat looks better after a day or two in the sun.

LG is one of the best polishes out there in my opinion as well.
When I did mine, i let it bake outside, before going to WCBF in Oregon, let me say, its worth the wait.

I honestly have to agree to wait, I used Liquid Glass. Waxed the vehicle looked at it, thought what a waste of time, looks junky, went out the next day. Let me tell one big difference after waiting.

Have a question about LG, one of silver horse'* flanks has a crazing prob in the clear coat, 2 coats of wax ALMOST makes it go away, think LG would disappear the problem? I know it really needs new paint, but i'm doing good to buy new spark plugs.

LG will come as close to clearcoat as you can get. If it dosen't work, nothing will. 2 or 3 coats should be tried for the worst areas.

Guess I'll do a dawn wash, clay, regular wash, and coat of liquid glass tomorrow. Then within the next 2 days a wash and 2 coats of wax. That will work fine right?

Yup. You can even Dawn wash it again if you want. Take a look at the can, and see what it takes to remove this stuff!!

Toss the wax, bud. You don't need it or want it any more.
