Lighting and Neon Laws?
Does anyone know where I can go to find out what the laws are, in Florida or Federal if applicable, regarding acceptable lighting changes and the use of neons?
How about it Pat? or anyone else with the knowledge?
My searches on google are not getting me anywhere yet. :?:

Well, I thought I'd start the process of totally blingin' the ride w/neons, LEDs, and rope lights. Ya know, sorta like a moving massage parlor look...
