It says right in the patent for it:
"In the process described in the above U.*. patent, a paint sealant composition in the form of a tetrafluoroethylene monomer and an abrasive compound are applied to the painted surface." ..... "It has been found in practice that the utilization of the abrasive and buffing action requires substantial skill by the applicator, and that improper application of the composition results in damage to the paint or removal of the paint from the surface"
Also it uses PTFE or as its more commonly known, Teflon.

If you are looking for a polymer sealant you would be better off using Klasse or Zaino.
Don't waste your money on this product. It was not well reviewed on the Autopia or Roadfly boards.

VW tries to offer something similar on all the cars they sell. My mom thinks dish soap and a sponge is good for paint, and even she knew that crap was worthless, bad for the paint, and would have cost $50 [the price of 2-3 bottles of wax].
