Spraycan Clear-coat?
Well, a while ago my car basically got ran over and I got my fender replaced and someone repainted it with just a base coat. What I need to know is if I can just use a can of spray-on polyurethane clear-coating instead of paying someone to do it professionally?

Krlyon Epoxy Enamel, cost me about $4.27CDN I think.

I've done clear caots before, just not on cars... or with wet sanding. Thanks for the info anyway guys! I appreciate it and am glad I can afford to finish my car! :P

Wet sanding is pretty much sanding the clearcoat with wet sandpaper. Start with 800 grit for orange peel, then work your way up to 1000-2000 grit, keeping it wet. Finish it off with rubbing compound.
I'm surprised they never clear coated it when they redid the fender
