Moving my driving lights?
I was looking at my Bonne today and I think I am going to move my driving lights up an inch and a half to the outer edge of the pocket. It looks like a simple bracket fabrication job.. Do you guys think this will look ok? I am just going for a subtle change in the look compared to every other Bonneville in my town.. Since every SE sold in Florida seemed to only come in ONE color for 1996...

I was going for a more modern look but a retro yellow lense or maybe those angle eyes that were in another post might not look bad.

All done. This was really easy to do. The mount that attaches to the bumper has a lip and I set the new depth with that lip. Drill two holes per side and thats it. It'* subtle change but the pictures don't do this justice. The lower bumper looks more aggressive and is more pleasing to the eye in my opinion. The only thing I need to do is center them a bit more. The holes are not round out towards the front. Sorry about the dirty car but I dont want to risk a $500 fine for washing it on the wrong day. We are in a big draught here.
Before and after.
After
As you can see the lights have been moved up about an inch and a half

Thanks,
A side benefit that I didnt even think of... They put a lot more light on the road closer to the car now that they are not set so far back into the pocket.
