Default Torque Star Chrome Rim Wheelskins

They offer these wheelskins as a quick-fix and a dress-up for some vehicle OEM applications for dealerships and average-Joe'* to purchase.

They do it for foreign foor-door family sedans, they do it for GM, Ford minivans, they do it for Pontiac Grand Am'*, but they never did it for us 94 to 98? painted aluminum T-Star Rim Bonneville owners.

I'm upset because instead of paying a few hundred dollars to upgrade to chrome or another aftermarket rim set altogether, this would be a very less-expensive alternative, and you could still remove the wheelskins for winter to keep them real nice for years.
I love the look of the T-Stars, especially the chrome, in case you couldn't notice from my rant.

I hope an aftermarket vendor, such as this http://www.autoamenity.com/Impostors...cImpostors.htm
could and would offer them. I would probably buy two sets.

Man, I'm mad and sad. :(

Everyone, please join me in prayer:

Dear Lord, please allow a company to make these for our hard-earned dollars.

Amen

Adam...contact the company and express your desires. Companies like this are sometimes not aware of a market until it is brought to their attention.

That is a good idea, and I have thought about it. I'm a little surprised nobody here has done it before. I think I will, but they may be past their prime as a marketable item for our cars with a decent quantity for a manufacturer to consider building a tool to make them, which costs a bit of money to do.

Cool product! I've never seen something like that before. Assuming one gets made for a Bonneville, it looks like you'd need to have your tires rebalanced with the weights on the inside correct?

They're made from plastic, and have something funny about their look. It'* a glorified wheel cover, and it'd probably get knocked off the first time you got near a curb.

ill give high reviews on this product. my dad had them on his dakota.. they looked awesome...

from anything more than 5 feet, you could not tell they were not real chrome rims... obvisouly they stick out a little more, like 1/4", but its worth it for the price. they never fell off, even with offroading

if you could get them to make them, there would be a market
