painted strut brace! (56k not a Flipin' chance) 11 pics
well it was a REALLY REALLY SLOW day today at work so i desided to remove my strut brace and give it a new look, I picked the colour "Crimson Red" (WA376E) its a tri coat colour and really looks good in the bright light.
I disasembled the bars 3 parts and ground any surface rust off and sanded the whole thing smooth, i used some body filler to fill the slight indent along the top of the bar and sanded that smooth too, then put on 2 coats of epoxy etch primer, thats when i broke out the camera.... Enjoy
first colour (metalics)
second colour (tint base) (still a little wet when this pic was taken)
third, Clear coat
losely assembled and ready for the next step
PONTIAC badge from a Montana SV6 that i goot months ago just for this
In place and fully tightend

I really really reallly really really really really really hate you. 
You have the two tone, the fabolous black paint and those cool matching rims, plus that sexy cover plus that awesome strut brace.
I'm shocked you haven't won a COTM. (not sure if you did but if you did, I'm shocked you didn't win a SECOND one)
Now you're giving me more ideas.
