Default How to get scuffs out really well?

Last night, I got rearended by a girl in a Camry. It was kinda hard but not hard enough to cause severe damages however, there'* some nasty gouges and chips and a lot of scuffs. The chips and gouges will be touched up (thank god for silver) but the question is I have a lot of scuff on the bumper, do I simply just wax it? Or is there a special procedure that I didnt know about?

Perhaps I made it sound worse than it really was. It'* not that bad visually, you'll have to get close to really see it plus she was hot and I got distracted. So I told her it'* fine and left.

I've had great success with the Mr Clean Magic Eraser for removing paint scuffs (someone else'* red paint on top of my clearcoat). So if you're in a similar situation I'd try it. They cost like $3 for a 2-pack.

I would suggest not using that. the whole concept of the eraser is not one I would reccoment for auto paint.

I would suggest you get some buffing compund and a wax pad.

damn dude i feel ur pain..

last week, i got hit by a chick going in reverse (backing out of her building)..with a
white beetle... i saw she was comming out way too fast, and i guess she wasnt looking either..
WHHHHHACK her back bumper hit my front bumper..
i was like WWWWWTTTTTTFFFFF.. till i reliased it was a chick.

came out looked that there was no damage execpt for a white swipe of paint..
looked back at her and realised she was about to cry..
got in my car and left.

I got a rag and carwash was able to get the paint off.. but not the little scratches that came with it.

So Cody did you get her phone number?
