I use a wireless USB headset. And it's the only consistently top rated headset. What now audiophiles?

Got a link for it?

I am not a fan of wireless, or USB headsets, mostly because I always have a dedicated sound card.
When the guy says that "I guarantee it will sound the same, if not worse" I cannot disagree more, I have never heard on-board sound sound as good as a dedicated sound card, of course I have a Sennheiser HD 380 Pro headset, and no on-board sound can power my headset well enough, its ohms are a lot higher than most cheaper headsets, my ohms are 54 Ω, so I have to have a sound card for the amplification.

I listen to music as well as game, and I have always had better sounding audio from having a dedicated sound card as well.
My bass sounds excellent, so I am not sure what they are talking about when they say you lose bass quality.
If on-board audio had actual amplification, then the difference could be negligible, but for me I'll always use a dedicated sound card, as I don't use anything but higher quality headsets, I guess it is just the audiophile in me.

This is the sound card I use, it went up in price, I got it for around 140.00...

When gaming it beyond makes a difference, in Arma 3, or Battlefield 4 I can hear vehicles way off in the distance, and peoples footsteps a lot sooner than anybody I game with, there have been many times I have called out something that the others I game with claim not to hear, so to me my sound-card is worth it!

I love the macro keys also. I use one for Push to Talk (Teamspeak) so I can talk while getting up and getting a beer, one for mute in Teamspeak (for when I'm watching a Youtube video), and the last one to skip to next track on media player
