Default Classic Performance

Hey just a question for all you old school bonnie lovers, what kind of extra performance you have put on your bonnie, and where did you get them from. I'm lookin to crank some more HP out of the 307 and having a hard time finding decent place to order things from. Thank for your input.

Exhaust and Headers is all I have done basically...
www.jegs.com is the best place online I can think of right now..
With a 307 you probably will have trouble.. most things out there are for chevy engines.. let me know if you find anything.

Since when did they put a non-chevy built engine into a bonneville? I thought they all used chevy motors.

I'd like to help but I don't know anything about the 307 and what the differences are in the engines as far as performance parts go.

mine has a buick 5,7 (350) engine.
and i believe it is the original one.

seems you can keep them apart by the place of the distributor.
front or back of the block. (they told me )
mine is sitting in front. very close to the water hose connection.

i had a 76 or 77 coupe with a 400 pontiac engine. (not sure if it was original)
for what i know there are different engines used in bonnevilles thrue out the years.

offcourse due to emission and oil crisis in the 70'*.

please DO correct me if i'm wrong ...

No offense MADthieu, but you just resurrected a thread that'* almost 2 years old. A classic in its own right. Please start a new topic the next time you want to discuss a classic "Classic" one.
