Angry Problems with 96 Lumina staying started

For several months now when the car is driven for a while (30 minutes or so) then shut off say to like go into a store, I come out to start it and it sputters like it is going to die and most times it does. If I wait about 30 minutes to try it again it usually fires up fine. We have changed air and fuel filters, plugs and wires, ignition module and all 3 coil packs. Please help!
