That hose went lose once I putted the zip to avoid that, should I take it out?

It should be replaced, but good luck finding a direct replacement. I have the same issue on my 97. RTV, zip ties, whatever works good for me. It is possible to go to Autozone and you can Frankenstein some connectors together to make what you need.

you can get it from the dealer for less than 30 bucks but its listed as the lines that go to the fpr and purge valve. it comes with those and the boot. and if it came loose on its own you want to replace it because its not doing it job. vacuum tubes dont seal if they are hard and dry rot looking. you may want to look at the rest while you are in there
