HVAC Fuse 44...
Hello all ,I have an issue. My Blower motor will not come on. I've checked all fuses and number 44 was blown. I turn everything off and when replacing the fuse it blows again immediately with no Ignition on and the blower motor and resistor unplug.. 2005 trailblazer, any suggestions.

I agree.....what I would now do is find block connector , C1...you are looking for terminal D8, a brown wire....it only goes to the HVAC head.....I would cut it 3" out of the fuse block....now install a new fuse and turn key to on.....if it still blows, your problem is before the cut to the fuse block.....
if it doesn't, that wire could be chafed anywhere, between fuse block and hvac head......I would cut the wire 3'' from the end of the harness at C2, terminal G, brown wire, of hvac head connector....then run a new wire between the cuts, instead of pulling the harness apart all the way to the HVAC head, to find a short...
