So I went ahead and opened up My engine and found the common LIM Gasket Failure Problem where coolant mixes with oil, My Throttle Body To UIM gasket was shot too (which I suspected is where the coolant Was Getting to the Oil from)
But anyway, I uploaded another video, In that video, My Rockers and Push-Rods have some play in them, (I can Spin the some of the Push-Robs around with ease Like Cyl #3 Rod and especially Both Cyl #5 Rods), I haven't gotten to the Rear bank, But I'm guessing it'll be the same scenario. I though of Just replacing the Lifters and corresponding Push-Rods that had play in them (as a cheap fix), but I figured that won't be a good idea.

So My question becomes, are the play that I'm having in those Rockers and Push-Robs a common phenomena?
If not : (1) what would be a good way to find out what My problem is while I have the engine Open?
(2) What would be an extra Checks that I have to do while I'm at it to See what else I need to attend to?
And (3) What what'* a good fix for My Problem?
