Throttle Position Sensor TPS TP Connector

I don't fully understand your question. most of the connectors under the hood are metri-pack 150.2. I found that rock auto has the best selection of a leads with a connector on the end. All the metri-pack 150.2 if they have the same pin count are mechanically the same except for a "key" a piece of plastic on the plug that will fit into a groove on the socket. So having said that. On my 2003 Impala I have a metri-pack 150.2 two terminal connector for my TPS (throttle position sensor) and another two terminal metri-pack 150.2 near by, maybe the IAC , not sure. So what will keep me from plugging the wrong plug into the wrong socket so close together? a key or key way. If you don't want to pay $12-$15 + SHIPPING for the leads and you have the tools you can buy the a few sockets and 25 or so terminals for a little more than one pre fabricated socket with leads. As with my 2003 Impala some of the metri-pack connectors I can only get in special runs of 2,000, lol way to many, some you can still buy ones or twos , just buy one that has the same terminal count and grind off the key.
