I drive a 2000 Silverado, bought it in 2007 with 180,000km on it. I work at a dealer so I got a pretty good deal on it. Originally it had a 4.3L V6 with the 5 speed manual transmission.
Current specs/mods:
2004 LS6 5.7L V8 (I rebuilt it after it dropped a valve in a CTS-V)
Original 5 speed manual transmission
Lunati camshaft. 224/228 .575/.575 on a 112LSA
Lunati high lift valve springs
6.0L 317 heads
Edelbrock shorty headers
Electric cooling fans
Magnaflow cat-back exhaust
6000K HID'*
Nelson Performance custom 91 octane tune
Future mods:
Either build the engine up more or throw on the turbo kit I have for it. I'd do a rear mount intercooled setup.
T-56 6 speed manual transmission
4:56 or 4:88 gears
