Default Stuttering on downshift

Now, this isn't a slipping issue, more of a stuttering problem. Today coming back from work, I kicked down to 2 from 4th and it grabbed ok, but around 4500 rpm it kinda stuttered. Now, keep in mind this car only has 74k miles on it, so idk if a tune up would help or what... Any Series 2 guys have this problem?

At 74k Id replace the wires, plugs, fuel filter, clean the MAF and throttle body.

Gm says theres a 100k tune up but really the OEM stuff doesnt last that long. My alero was missing at 52k under a heavy load.

Have fun with the factory wires, they will refuse to come off without insane amounts of persuasion
