91 Caprice wagon fuel pump fuse/relay?

Default 91 Caprice wagon fuel pump fuse/relay?
91 Caprice wagon should have a fuel pump fuse and relay. I could not locate the PDC under the hood. I did find a large fuse box on the drivers side of the dashboard, but not the relay. Anybody know where these are located? They used to be next to the battery but not this one
