Default 2005 cavalier not starting

my friend arched the battery posts after changing the fan and plugs now the car won't run spins over fine but no fire changed the crank sensor, coil, igniter, knock sensor, and the brain off of a running car and still no fire need help

Did you check for spark? how about fuel pressure. You may have blown a fuse when the battery was arched.

has plenty of fuel pressure all fuses are good no check lights on or codes when scanned

no spark and only 2.8 volts when i tested voltage for crank sensor

Disconnect the powertrain control module (PCM).
Measure the resistance between the signal circuit and the low reference circuit of the crankshaft position. 500-900 ohms
