Default 1986 Chevy C-10 2wd : Heat and AC blower control adjustments

I replaced the heater coil a few years ago and when I put it all back together my heat and AC and vent and defrost did not blow hard at all. The blower works just fine, I somehow unadjusted the control cable on top of the heat blower box. I have it all broken down and have plenty of room to work I just have no idea on how to adjust the control cables. Is there a simple way? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Big Nick

PS: I have the chevy shop manual for the 86 light duty 10 series and they did not put any information about making the adjustments on the blower box.

not having seen that specific one, they had a bend where the cable went in the flap arm i think, and you would see how much and where by hand and mark it with some tape or whatever and then move the cable attachment point until the lever corresponds to your marks

I will give that a try. I am fairly sure I have moved the cables ever which way I could but I am still off a little somewhere. I havent done it like you menitoned maybe that will be the trick. Thanks, BigNick
