07 Silverado rough idle and missing

Hello, I am having some issues with my 07 Silverado. It has 114k miles and I changed the plugs at 100k miles. When idliling, the tach with bounce about 500rpm and run rough. Also when driving I've noticed that when accelerating it will miss, but when I let off the pedal, it smooths out. It's not a constant issue, but seems to come and go. I've tried see foam through the tank to see if it was a dirty injector. Thank you.

try cleaning the throttle body they are known to get very dirty and cause issues as afore mentioned..also if the fuel filter has never been changed that may be a good idea as well..there is no IAC as its all computer controlled on your year..could also be the MAF try unplugging it and see if the idle changes..usually when the TPS goes out on those trucks the service stabiltrak and a bunch of other warning lights come on so unless thats happening i doubt it to be that also if it started after the spark plug replacement GM did issue a TSB on the 5.3 to gap the plugs at .40 rather than .60 that they came with and are marked as on the core support

Is there an inline filter, or just an tank one.

Hm thanks for the reminder i forgot that they began doing the in tank filters in 05ish..However the other things i mentioned are worth looking into
