Lightbulb 1 year after ownership

Roommate bout a 1993 STS on the 4th of July last year. I made a post about it.
Since then the car has had a complete A/C flush, Trans fluid was drained new trans filter and a fill (to the right level). There was also a speedo sensor that went out that was replaced, along with 2 timing ref sensors. Most of the "Check Engine" problems were fixed with this work. The roommate still gets the Service Ride Control, but we'll worry about that later.
A month ago he was coming home (I was following) and he had his turn signals on, then the light stopped blinking. I thought it was a loose bulb. Nope. Can't get ANYTHING to blink anymore. First thing I checked was the fuses. GM sure loved to put fuses everywhere on this car! In the engine compartment, under the dash, in the trunk. Man...
So when I would pull the turn fuse I can hear a relay in the trunk right up next to the back seat click.. but I can't find any relays behind the carpet.
Is this no turn signal issue something simple like a flasher relay or is this going to be one of these long drawn out Cadillac things?
I am learning to speak Cadillac.. Any help would be appreciated.
The car only has 87k on it.
Thanks

If you own a caddy, you have to be prepared to PAY, when it comes to repairs....a 21 year old one? So far you have gotten off easy.....

Since this is a caddy, they don't do things simple.....a flasher? seriously doubt it....they probably have some expensive module instead...I would be surprised if you can even find a replacement....
