A Real Brain Teaser - help
I will be precise as can be. This is concerning my 1994 Custom Buick Lasabre - 3.8... While making 'right hand' turns at low speeds (with foot off accelerator) car stalls. This seems to happen when tank is low on gas. Lately, it has been happening when the tank is not low on gas. What I did...Installed new gas pump and sending unit. Found the pumps gas filter at the bottom of the tank and a kinked return line. (That was a job and a half). Job turned out very well - no leaks at gas connectors. Thought I had it - took it for a ride, but it was not the problem. At least I have a nicely coated tank with new straps - Next, I checked my coil packs (visual only) and found no cracks. Cleaned all dirt, grease ,etc. from off each coil pack. I had a spare (new) coil pack I tried in place of each coil pack. It was no help. Engine still rough and missing at low RPM'*.
Next, I replaced all my spark plugs and used new AC Delcos. Guess what? The engine is still missing at low speeds (RPM'*). The missing appears to diminish as I pick up speed (more pressure on the gas, peddle) but when I am running at lower speeds or close to crawling - you can really notice the missing in the engine. Oh! I checked the battery voltage and the battery shows 14.5 volts steady. Also, the spark plug wires are new and are good quality. I was thinking alternator - but really don't think so at this point. One point of interest would be my power steering pump does leak a bit. It has coated a plug-in wiring connector under the pump but don't think it is a issue. Hope I explained this well enough. Does anyone one have any ideas as to what could be causing this engine to run rough at low speed/* (RPM'*)? Thank you in advance for your help.

When your tank was out..did you happen to look inside and note if there were any pieces of plastic or broken baffles?
Your year is pretty common for the problem. Sometimes you can see the baffles, sometimes not. In theory do you think that you've been low enough on gas (even when you mention it wasn't very low) for the slosh to happen and starve the pump for a moment?
