Default 2006 Buick Rendezvous hose connector - Cannot find

Hello. New to the forums and this is my first post.

I have a 2006 Buick Rendezvous 3500 V6. As you are looking at the engine bay, on the right there are two coolant hoses that have elbow connectors like these:

The other end of these goto two connectors on the firewall. At the firewall, things are fine, it'* just these two elbow connectors that are rotting and leaking. I was thinking rather than replace the entire hose, which would be a major pain, just replace the connectors.

However, I cannot find these anywhere online. I am either using the wrong description, or they just don't make them. This image is from RockAuto and is part of a pre-fab hose. If anyone knows where I can get these connectors, I would be much appreciative. Thanks!

Thought I would include a pic from under my hood. This is what I am talking about.

I have never seen just the fittings like what you are after. I looked around some, and found some on Summit'* website, but it would be the same or more than just replacing the hose as an assembly.

You may try a local establishment that specializes in hydraulic applications, they might have something, but no telling.

10 years is a good run for heater hoses, so I could justify the assembly replacement as preventative maintenance. It would also be a good time to evaluate when the last time the coolant system was serviced, and if you wish to have anything else addressed while it is being worked on, such as radiator hoses, coolant flush/change, thermostat, etc.
