Default Hogan Performance - WOW!!

This is THE BEST person/company that I have ever delt with. I am not lying or exaggerating in any way.
I had to get a downpipe for my '98 Park Ave, and while the dealer had one, it was $285. After doing some research, I found out that the stock pipe is 2.25" and compresses down to 1.75" due to a cone inside of the pipe. This is pretty much common knowledge to W-body owners, but us others are realizing this as well (at least I am anyway).
So, as I'm looking, I came across a link for Hoganperformance.com (on this site no less). I found that he is offering a direct bolt in downpipe for H-bodies. Only one person that I could find on here has used one, and it was on a Bonneville. Well, the Bonnie'* downpipe is EXACTLY like the Park Ave'*, so I ordered one up. I spoke directly with Curt, and he informed me that he has never tested this on a Park Ave. I let him know that it'* okay somply because I was desperate. So, 2 days and free shipping later, I got my pipe. It was 3" stainless steel, with mandrel bends, and HUGE flanges of very high quality construction. I had the shop install it simply because I didn't have the time to do it. Well, start to finish it was less than 30 minutes to put in. The guy said that it went in like a dream and that it'* an exact fit to the stock pipe (offset, flange, everything).
Again, it was a breeze to work with Curt. He was 110% helpful, never condescending, and NEVER rude. By far the best businessperson I have ever spoken to. He was very willing to help with anything that I had questions or concerns to express. In all, I think I wound up talking to him 5 times (mainly for shipping Q'*).
On to permformance. The reason I had to have it in a hurry is because we were going on to a family trip. So, this was a great oppurtunity to test it out. I noticed right away that the acceleration was much, much better. It revved faster, and definitely got up to speed faster. That with the resonator removed makes for a nice little purr while driving. I did however notice that in OD some of the torque seems to have gone away (mainly because of the increased flow). Gas mileage was where I noticed a BIG change. During the trip I averaged 29 mpg on the highway/interstate. Keep in mind this is a 4000lb car with the A/C on, and I had a headwind in the way down. That is awesome for this car. I usually averaged 27.5-28 mpg before the changes.
All in all, I am VERY impressed with the product as well as the company. If I am ever in need of anything from Hogan Performance again, I will definitely be calling them back.

Awesome, I had spoke to Curt in a few e-mails. Came across as a very nice guy. Also said that all memebers of Bonneville Club get free shiping too!!!
(I told him to come by the site and let everyone know but I don't think he ever did that.)
