I doubt you will find it on ebay without a GM or Delco Part #.
Where did the FPR hose break? Possibly you can splice in a vacuum hose in there?
The dealer will have better diagrams for that hose and get you the part #.
You can try looking at online GM parts they have diagrams as well. GM Parts Online - GM Parts Direct
Did you try Rock Auto Site?

i had to get that line for my bonnie. i had to go to the dealer. its mislabeled, and poorly pictured. the first parts guy said they are discontinued. i went a different one and asked to look at the monitor, and its only called like "pipe kit" or line kit or something like that. i just ordered that and it had the plastic parts and rubber parts to replace the whole deal for fpr, throttle body, and purge valve. other thing you can do is go to the parts store and get some bulk vacuum line and tee fittings

without that your engine cant follow the fuel load. and it will have a code for lean from the vacuum leak. wont be as bad if you block the hose at the throttle body boot. i would only do that till you get it fixed, not something you can just leave.

not sure where you are but here it was like 20 bucks for the dealer kit. more complicated to get the right fittings from the regular parts store but that stuff is cheap too, doubt it would even cost 20

I had this same issue on my '00 LeSabre earlier this year and posted about it. A crack in that tubing assembly was causing a vacuum leak and throwing an SES code, also causing hissing noise and slightly higher than normal idling.

Let me see if I can find my old thread on the topic, which also includes the replacement part # I think. I ended up buying some rubber line and a few plastic fittings from Advance Auto and fashioning a new line assembly for around $7-8.

EDIT: here'* my previous thread I referenced... Looks like I also had the "check gas cap" error code too which first tipped me off to the vacuum leak someplace: https://www.gmforum.com/buick-172/ga...-306988/page2/

where the plastic line is cracked/broken, just use vac line to over lap it...could even tape it with electrical tape...you don't want a vac leak...
